Known Issues

• • When creating sensors using the architect wizard, the screen may hang. However, the sensors are being created in the background.
    Workaround: Give the process a few minutes to complete and navigate to Architect to verify your sensors were created.

Service Request Management  

New Features and Improvements

• • Previously, you could only search for Service Calls that had been loaded in the UI. We've enhanced search functionality to find Service Calls that have not yet been loaded in the UI.
    
    
  • Added appointment count to the Service Calls list. Now you can see, at a glance, how many appointments exist on each Service Call.

Bug Fixes

• • Fixed a 500 error when searching Summary and Description on Service Calls.

Dev Portal  

New Features and Improvements

• • The GET Service Call endpoint now includes appointment count on a per Service Call basis.
  • The GET Rule Targets endpoint now returns Client Name, Client ID, Site Name, Site ID, Target Name and Target ID.

• • Fixed GET Rules endpoint from throwing a 500 error.
