Creating profitability analysis report options

You can create profitability analysis reports. You create report options before printing reports.

  1. Choose Reports > Equipment > Profitability Analysis.
  2. Choose Profitability Report, Transaction Report, or Balancing Report from the drop-down list.
  3. Choose New to create a new report option.
  4. Enter the report option in the Option field.
  5. Choose how to group and sort the report.
  6. Choose a range and enter to and from information.
  7. You can mark the Combine Sub Accounts, With Detail, Only Required Groups, and Show Balanced Trx checkboxes for certain report options.
  8. Choose Destination to designate where to print the report.
  9. Choose Insert.
  10. Choose Save to save the report option.
